it’s not rocket science round these parts, largely cause I couldn’t understand it if it was.

2. Organize the data
3. Design the framework
4. Write the language needs
5. Test
6. Test
7. Test
8. Launch

If you need it to be more complicated I can do that, for an additional fee.  Sometimes you need to see graphs and charts with budget numbers and the micro-process.  OK.  Just ask.  In my experience, keeping it simple lends itself to obvious goals, measurements and successes.  But hey what do I know.
